Uphold login is designed with a secure, multi-layer authentication system to protect user accounts and digital assets.

To access an account, users must enter their registered email address and password through the official Uphold website or mobile application. After submitting valid credentials, the system requires two-factor authentication (2FA), which may include a time-based one-time password (TOTP) generated by an authenticator app, SMS verification if enabled, or biometric authentication on supported mobile devices. The platform uses encrypted HTTPS connections and secure session management to prevent unauthorized access, and login sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity.
